Our Projects

What We Do to Make a Difference

In a country of diverse talent, The Energy Projekt aims to give every child a chance at a better future through its various programs directed at nurturing passion. We believe the more we help children realize their full potential, the brighter our nation’s future will be.

Our key projects include:

Passion funding program

True to our vision ‘pursuance of passion no matter the odds’, this program is designed to spot budding young talent passionate toward various sports but  lack the financial resources to pursue their dreams. The Energy Projekt offers them coaching and other necessary resources to help them achieve greater heights in their chosen discipline, reinforcing the spirit of sportsmanship in our country’s youth.

The Energy Projekt team has been relentlessly focussing on our core objective of identifying the candidates, arranging for them to meet coaches and with joint effort, creating a systematic roadmap to set periodic benchmarks for the candidates to achieve. With the goals in place, we set the ball rolling by providing funding and all other resources to help these children pursue their dream.

We recognize the importance of creating a child-friendly and welcoming environment within the hospital premises. The addition of a Children’s Play Area can greatly contribute to reducing the anxiety and stress that young patients and their families may experience during their hospital visits.

Community welfare initiatives

Concerned by Chennai’s fast depleting green cover, team The Energy Projekt liaised with Nizhal – an NGO engaged in green initiatives through Tree Parks across Chennai and greening of prisons across Tamil Nadu, among other activities. Through this collaboration, we sponsored the planting of 10 Punnai trees near Mylapore temple tank.  We actively seek to engage in more such initiatives in the future.

Health and hygiene drive

Ensuring equal access to health care and hygiene facilities for underprivileged children is our primary concern. Our major initiatives under this program include:

  • Installation and maintenance of RO water purifying systems at nine government run and aided schools across Tamilnadu.
  • Construction of proper toilet facilities for female students in S.I. Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Tiruvannamalai and Jeevan Gnanodaya Primary School, Vallipuram.
  • Session on healthy eating practices and the importance of fitness by a nutritional expert.
